Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

The Masjid is an Islamic companion app that may include: • Prayer times, Qibla direction, reminders, and related tools • Quran text, translations, audio, bookmarks, and study features • Hadith search, bookmarks, and educational content • Islamic calendar, holidays, and guided learning • The Alim — AI-assisted Islamic Q&A with citations where available • Optional premium features such as expanded AI usage, offline access, notes, and ad-free experience

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Prayer times are calculated using standard methods and third-party data; you are responsible for verifying times for your locality and circumstances.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vizionscop3.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive for an extended period where permitted by law.

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Current paid plans include Basic at $4.99 USD per month and Premium at $9.99 USD per month, subject to change with notice where required by applicable store rules.

Mobile purchases are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat where configured. Web purchases may be processed through Stripe or other authorized checkout providers. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your App Store, Play Store, or web account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you purchased. We do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service • Access another user's account without authorization • Upload malware or interfere with security features • Misrepresent AI-generated content as official religious rulings or scholarly fatwas • Remove proprietary notices or reproduce app content except as permitted by law

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

Islamic content in the Service — including Quran translations, hadith collections, prayer calculations, holiday guides, and learning materials — is provided for worship, education, and personal spiritual growth.

Hadith authenticity classifications and scholarly categorizations are drawn from recognized sources and methodologies, but we do not guarantee completeness or suitability for every legal or theological question. Always consult qualified scholars for binding religious guidance specific to your situation.

The Alim uses automated systems and third-party AI models. Responses may be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or misinterpreted. Citations are provided to help you verify information but do not by themselves establish religious authority.

THE ALIM IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR A QUALIFIED SCHOLAR, IMAM, OR MUFTI. Do not rely on AI output for obligatory acts, financial decisions, medical decisions, or legal matters without independent verification.

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service, such as notes, journal entries, bookmarks, and questions submitted to The Alim. You grant Vizionscop3 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks (including The Masjid and The Alim), documentation, and original materials, is owned by Vizionscop3 LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Quranic text, certain translations, and hadith collections may be subject to separate licenses or public-domain status as indicated in the app. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal use. No other rights are granted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free prayer calculations, accuracy of translations, completeness of hadith databases, or reliability of AI responses.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZIONSCOP3 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR SPIRITUAL OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vizionscop3 LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@vizionscop3.com to attempt informal resolution.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms referenced in the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vizionscop3 regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
